Booking inquiries must be answered in inquiry mode.
Attention: After 7 days, unanswered booking requests are automatically deleted from the system. Make sure that booking inquiries are answered in a timely manner so as not to keep your customers waiting.
You will be informed of booking inquiries by email. You will also receive a notification in MyCOCKPIT itself.
Your customers can also book binding appointments directly. To do this, activate the automatic booking confirmation . (Not available in MyCOCKPIT Free)
How to activate automatic booking confirmation:
> Your profile (your name at the top right)
> Booking settings
> Activate Confirm inquiries automatically within the booking times
You will also be informed of bookings via email in the automatic confirmation mode.
